About
My past work has included studies of Euripides’ Tragedy: a Portuguese translation of Electra (Master dissertation) and the study of the Euripidean Prologues (PhD thesis).
I have mostly published on Greek tragedy (Euripides) and it reception on Portuguese Literature. But my research interests lie also in Homeric Hymns (HA) and Archaic Lyric Poetry (Sappho, Pindar and Bacchylides).
My current research deals with Scientific Terminology. Now, I’m actively engaged in new research project: the first Portuguese translation of De Materia Medica of Dioscorides.
